In the coming year the most important Chinese traditional festival, celebrating the change of year, falls on 23 January.
In the Airbus A330-200 passengers have a choice of 28 seats in Business and 198 seats in Economy Class. One of the pleasing innovations in Business Class is a fully equipped working area. For relaxation, the seats with massage function can also be turned into a completely flat bed. As for the entertainments programme, travellers can choose from various audio and video options to suit their personal taste. All seats in Economy Class also have their own screen.
Air China aircraft take off on each occasion from Düsseldorf at 8:45 pm, reaching the Chinese capital at 12.45 pm local time the following day. The return flights leave the Chinese capital at 1.55 pm local time, arriving in Düsseldorf at 6:45 pm. Flight duration between North Rhine-Westphalia and Beijing is about ten hours on the outward flight and approximately ten hours 45 minutes on the return.
